Every product leader knows that influence, not authority, is the core skill for getting impactful work done at high quality. And with the rise of AI, it's more important than ever for PMs to master the human, squishy, "soft" skills.

But here's the problem: there’s no handbook for influence. You can’t learn it online. You can’t hire someone to teach it to you.

Wait – so then why should I take this course?

Based on my 15 year career as a product leader, startup founder, and strategic advisor, I’ve come to realize that way too many PMs have the wrong idea about what influence really is. I believe this comes from a lack of on-staff role models in an era where teams are leaner and more distributed and than ever.

Many PMs I talk to think that to be influential, they must become someone other than who they really are – like a suave shapeshifter who speaks to execs one way, engineers another, and customers yet another.

This is simply not the case. While this course isn’t going to make you influential overnight, here’s what it is going to do:
